We’ve been awarded Ethical Accreditation
We’re proud to announce we’ve been awarded Ethical Accreditation from The Ethical Company Organisation, emphasising our commitment to doing good for the planet.
To gain this accreditation, we underwent a company audit against a wide range of ethical criteria, including environmental, animal welfare and human rights. We achieved a high-ranking Ethical Company Index (ECI) score of 95, showcasing our dedication to producing premium, organic dog food whilst safeguarding the planet.
But what does this top-dog ethical accreditation actually mean?
Not only are we CO2-neutral, but we also take animal welfare seriously by only using meat from organic farms and fish from MSC-certified fisheries. And as if this wasn't enough, we also use a world first materially recyclable packaging which can be transformed into an entirely new product and not just thermally recycled like regular dog food bags.
Committed to conservation and protecting the environment, we also recently planted 4,641 trees to go one step further in reducing the amount of carbon in our atmosphere.
Here at Goood, we love dogs and we love the planet, which is why we’re proud to be awarded Ethical Accreditation to highlight our dedication to doing good for the planet and our pets.
So while the saying goes, ‘you can’t teach an old dog new tricks’, we’re here to shake up the dog food market and offer a premium, sustainable alternative to regular dog food. How Goood is that?
Here at Goood, we’re committed to having a sustainable 2019, full of conservation and giving back, so keep up to date with our #DoGoood initiatives on our Facebook and Instagram.
